Q. When will my stove be delivered?

Q. Do I need a chimney flue liner for my stove installation?
A. It is highly recommeneded to install a flue liner when thinking about installing a multifuel stove. It can reduce the possibility of chimney fires and enable the flue to perform smoothly and be swept easily.

Q. Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
A. Yes! Our team are able to take credit card payments over the phone 6 days a week for you convenience.

Q. Who will fit my stove?
A. Stoves ideally need to be fitted by a Hetas engineer, if self fitted then building control will need to sign the installation off as suitable to the building regulations. Fitters can be found at www.hetas.co.uk

Q. Which mulitfuel stove should I go for?
A. This can depend on a number of factors, first try find a suitable kw rating to suit your room

Q. Which wood burning stove should I go for?
A. Give us a ring to discuss your requirements and we will help you at every step.

Q. Can I collect and pay cash for my order?
A. Yes! Our team are able to arrange for collection, however please inform us 24 hours in advance!

Q. How much to install a stove?
A. Can range from £250-£3000, dependant on what is required. Often a liner supply and install costs approx. £800-£1200

Q. Can you tell me what flue I need with my stove?
A. Yes! Give us a ring, picture, drawing or email and we will come back to you with the neccessary flues you need.


Q. Do I need a chimney to have a woodburner?
A. You do need either a chimney or a fabricated chimney.
